- If you are not satisfied with your cake, you return it to us within 48 hours & if we find that there was a quality control issue on our part, we may process a refund for you.
- Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. In the instance that a refund cannot be issued, a voucher will be issued instead.
- Refund take 5-10 business days to process.
- A 5% admin fee will be charged for refunds issued due to your cancelling your order & giving us at least 48 hours’ notice, or in other instances where the refund was not due to a quality control issue.
- We cannot accommodate changes to an order less than 48 hours before the due date.
- Changes to next-day and same-day orders cannot be accommodated.
- Once your cake has been collected/delivered, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transportation/setup/etc. Cakes are heat-sensitive! If you are collecting, please have adequate space on a level surface such as your front passenger seat footwell or in the car boot. We recommend you drive straight home/to the event venue with the air-conditioning on, & avoid stopping along the way. Please drive carefully.
- If we agree to fix any damage that occurred after an order left our store, labour & ingredients will be charged for, which will be payable upon collection of the order. For your peace of mind, we recommend opting for delivery by our team.
- If you are collecting, we reserve the right to withhold collection of an order, should we feel that the means of transportation are inadequate until an appropriate alternative arrangement can be made by the customer.
- All products may contain allergens (e.g. milk, wheat, nuts, edible flowers, etc.) & we will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to ingredients.
- To ensure freshness, please ensure that our products are stored appropriately. Our cakes should be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, & enjoyed within 3 days. Leftovers should be stored in a sealed container at room temperature. Macarons & cupcakes should be kept in an airtight container for up to 3 days. All our products are freezer-friendly, & can be frozen for up to 2 weeks. We do not recommend storing any of our products in the fridge.

- Orders can be collected from 09:00, when placed at least 48 hours in advance.
- Next-day orders can be collected from 11:00.
- Same-day order collection time will be confirmed upon ordering.
- Delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as this will depend on the driver’s unique route for the day. If you need your cake at a specific time, we recommend ordering for the day before your event.
- If you do not collect your order from us within 48 hours, your cake will be sold & we will process a refund.
- Should you have paid for delivery and opt for collection instead, your delivery fee will not be refunded.
